Your Impact:
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to design innovative sports facilities that meet the highest structural and safety standards.
- Guide and contribute to the engineering and design of structures for community centers, school sports complexes, collegiate athletic venues, and professional facilities.
- Use your expertise to solve complex structural challenges while balancing creativity, budget, and performance requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment that aligns with Holmes' commitment to learning and growth.
- Partner with clients and community members to ensure our projects are functional, sustainable, and impactful.
You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:
- 4–6 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on sports and recreation projects, or similar projects
- Experience working with a variety of materials, including steel, concrete, timber, and light gauge steel.
- Strong understanding of building codes, seismic and wind design.
- Proven ability to guide multiple projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver innovative solutions within project constraints
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar).
- PE license preferred

Compensation: Estimated at $84,500 - $111,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
