Senior Revit / BIM Specialist (Hybrid) - Structural Engineering

Your Impact:
- Create and organize structural drawings from architectural documents including development of plans, sections, and details
- Be the lead modeler on a wide variety of structural projects while mentoring junior modelers across multiple locations
- Assist with the submittals for large projects by producing solutions for complex design problems
- Engage all level of engineers with a creative mindset and focus on problem solving
- Contribute to the evaluation of BIM software tools and operating systems
- Be an active contributor on our US Revit Team to ensure appropriate workloads across all offices
You'll Be A Great Fit If You Have:
- Minimum of 6 years of structural drafting experience or equivalent, 8 years+ preferred
- Strong understanding of structural and construction documentation
- Advanced Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam skills
- A.A. degree in Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience creating and managing Revit families
- Advanced Excel and Intermediate Word experience
- Excellence in time management and communication
- Advanced analytical skills to assess risks/obstacles and provide positive alternative solutions
- A collaborative spirit and problem-solving mindset
- Interest in working with all building types and materials across several US project teams

Compensation: Estimated at $78,000 - $115,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
